@Fandango welcome to the community, I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems with your connection. Is it WiFi drops you are experiencing or do the lights on your Hub change colour when you lose connection?

I have answered this but it got deleted
I find your message rather passive aggressive
Looks like my previous answer was deleted for some reason
hub is fine and fttp is fine on wired connections
Wi-Fi drops out and hun stays blue
I have tested line and it’s all good
this literally is the bt hub giving issues with smart scan!
I have now invested in a mesh system for a more reliable Wi-Fi solution as the bt hub is just terrible
Update
mesh network now set up
no issues with dropping Wi-Fi which evidences that the bt router is faulty
tried to contact Bt however after 3 hours of waiting twice I gave up 😞
speeds increased also around house with mesh
shocking bt hub problems that I can never talk to anyone to sort out
