 This has been happening a few times in the last couple of months. My son's playstation 5 is lagging badly. Of course BT results display there is nothing wrong.

I have moved you onto your thread rather than you being on another posters thread which is not necessarily the same problem as yours.

The problem appears to be the connection between the hub and the device, i.e. inside your own network.

Is the connection to the device wi-fi or wired?
