Hi all. New here. Been with bt for only a few months. fist month, broadband speed was ok. I was getting around 37Mbps. However, after this time, I have noticed significant speed drops and complete blackouts. As usual, customer services say nothing wrong. I have set up a broadband monitor on think broadband but it only shows a full dropped package graph. Now I know this isn't right as the broadband does work. Is there a setting that I have to check to get the correct reading?
Also, how to I raise an official complaint?

You cannot set up a Thinkbroadband quality graph unless you use a third party router. All BT hubs will reject icmp requests for "security reasons".
Hi @Lei9h, you can get your Hub stats by entering 192.168.1.254 in your browser then go to advanced settings, technical log information for the Smart Hub 2.
