Slow upload speed, (900mbs FTTP package)

I've a recently installed 900 FTTP package (April 18th) Excellent download speed but upload no better than 20mbs at any time. Can't find a solution or work through on the forums and have reset SH2 but to no avail. Can anyone help please?

have you tried a factory reset by pressing recessed button on back and holding until hub lights flash and see if that get speed corrected  if not post back

Apologies for the delayed reply.

Yes, a reset of the SH2 has now improved the upload to speed to a stable 50Mbps or so with the download speed  marginally increased too.

Hi @smartly007 

Ran some more tests today and can see your upload is holding now at the correct speeds.

I've closed the complaint however should the issue reoccur please post we can always reopen if needed.
