Upgraded from fibre 1 to fibre 2 says its complete and was due to go active on 30th July but line stats are still same getting 50 10 when attainable is 66 23 tried reboot but nothing. Using Huawei 615 unlocked and rax120.
have you checked MYBT to make sure your order has completed and now shows your package as Fibre 2. if completed and correct package then need to phone 150
