Quick question I had BT engineer this afternoon try to sort the problem and he reset every thing to increase the download speed which is not successful but I noticed after he left my upload speed before the visit was 110 mbps and after he left just hit 50 I am on super fast 900 tarif, any suggestion
@amah welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see your upload speed dropped after the engineer visit. Did the engineer do a factory reset on the Home Hub?
It can take a day or two for the Hub to automatically be assigned the 110 upload profile if a reset was done.
