When i click on track an oder it says an engineer is due to visit my property today. I have had full fibre installed in August so it should be complete

However, his last message that I can see, says that we expect to have an update on the 12th.

Hi @Patel236 There was a system update on Friday which should have fixed the problem you were experiencing with the order tracking in BT.com. Can you check and post back to let me know if it's still telling you an engineer is due to visit?
