They sorted it now, to be honest i wasn't expecting a reply that fast either lol but it was just due to the fact that my address was listed wrong

@tsharn I have a similar problem, open reach records show the building itself can have FTTP but not the 2 flats inside it.
BT are not willing to help and I want to find a way to alert openreach to it. how did you do it??
