Sorry you're also having this problem. Do you see any error messages etc? Which one of the family sims is having the problem?

For the last 4 days when I go to “change settings” for the one sim, there is a yellow box with :

“We're just updating your account

If you want to make any changes, please wait 30 minutes and try again.”

My options to adjust settings are greyed out. This is only happening for 1 out of 4 sims.
