Re: Roam like home

Am in France. Phone set up to allow roaming and mobile data but no service. Have restarted phone but no joy. I have roam like home as an add on in my account. Need data and phone asap as away for 3 weeks. Can this be sorted asap. Having to tether to friend’s data to get this far. Many thanks in advance.

have you set international in MYBT?

Have you also set the international spend limit to greater then £0 say £5

You need to Turn On Roaming on your device, enable roaming via MyBT and add an extra spend limit of £5 or £10. It should work then
