When wife got new Iphone needed a diff sizee sim. BT sent me one. Sim worked immediately but I noticed it said "Activate" on the mobile page of mybt.com, After 2 years I finally hit "Yes" and the sim now NOT working ??? No calls or txts in or out.

Hi @camiano I'm really sorry about that unfortunately, this is something the community isn't able to help you with. I would recommend getting in touch with the BT Mobile team. From a BT mobile call 150 or landline 0330 1234 150

BTW - as this was a case of I'd bought a new phone and changed sim size (and nothing else) so I'd probably just adjusted the size myself to fit. The old sim had continued to work for 2 years. Only when I hit the "activate" button did old sim deactivate and presumably switch to the new sim that sadly I threw away 2 years ago. Nice BT (ee) are sending me a replacement.
