Been getting this error message since connecting to Bt 3 weeks ago. Had 3 engineers and numerous phone calls but still a problem.

As you've already had 3 engineer visits I'll take it your home setup has been checked and we'll need to look into this further for you. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you get this fixed.
