Received 6 months free game pass when i took out full fibre but after a month it looks like I've been/am being charged for this offer, anyone wlse had this issue? Also showing tv on my bill which I have never had...

Hi @Svasey, welcome back and sorry you're getting charged for the Game Pass.

Did you log into your BTID and go to the 'Your Products' section and you should see a free Game Pass available to claim similar to the one below:

seems to be you can only get the free months once.
(but I would love to be wrong for this)
