I had an email to activate my reward card which all went well and it is now available to spend.However 2 days later I had another email telling me I have a reward card and activate it now.This second card is a different number so in effect I have 2 cards.I rang the sites help desk,they said they would cancel the second one but now (8 days later) I find I can activate the card so it is available to spend.My dilemma is,this is unsolicited goods,I have made a genuine attempt to return it but they have failed to do so and therefore it is mine to spend.OR,I am honest to the core and think as it is a mistake I just let it lapse and "lose" £75.
Anyone have any thoughts?
