However, my account details are not showing on the My BT website.

At the moment I'm struggling to find my new account number.
It looks like it's getting confused with an old account I had years ago.

It could be because the phone incoming calls is still being worked on.
I found my account number in an email.
But it shows this when selecting my account number;
Hi Brian. You've ordered something from us, and we need to finish your order before you can see personalised TV or broadband deals. But you can still add mobile with us.
@BHillard Thanks for checking that and getting back to me with an update. The order appears to be still open, once it's completed and closed off you'll be able to manage your account in MyBT.
