Hi , we moved house and i did not receive the return bag. Can someone let me know how i could get it? Thank you in advance.

Normally when you move house, you would take your BT equipment with you.

Yes i did take it but in my new place BT cannot provide the services and i need to return them and despites the instructions on the website i can't find the tab where to order a bag for return.

I am surprised that BT could not provide what you needed, unless there was no Openreach infrastructure at your new house.

I will ask a moderator to help with the returns.
