Hi, @SteveB55 Thanks for posting and welcome to the community, you should have an email asking you to activate the BT ID by clicking a link. If you haven't received that let me know.

Hi Neil - yes my mum received the activation request which we followed and completed security questions etc but it just says pending - just checked the original link again and its timed out.
