Account Manager

how long does 'pending' request as an account manager be approved? Been waiting for more a than now.

How long has the request been showing as pending?

If the account holder logs into their account does it show the account manager has been set up?

It's been showing for almost a month now. I have informed the main account owner about it. He said he couldnt log in.

Hi @phyxsiuz, if the account holder is not able to log in that is probably the cause of your account manager request also. Get the Account Holder to get in touch with the billing chat team Broadband | BT Help and they should be able to resolve the issue.
Once the account holder BTID is fixed hopefully your account manager one will update soon after that.
