Hi I have had my account reset yet I’m still seeing the same error message :

bare in mind I’m not leaving BT and not authorised this. I have spoke. To them and they said they’ve reset my BT ID but I’m still facing the same issues.

Hi @Andypye, thanks for posting and sorry you are getting this message due to old accounts on your BTID.
When you called did they advise they will delete the BTID and to wait 24hrs to create it again?
The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok. If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll raise the request to get the current BTID fixed.
