I have multiple account numbers ( new and old) linked to my email address.
When I try to log in to my BT I'm recognised against an old closed account rather than my current broadband account. I can't manage my account because I'm not identified correctly whenever I try to log in. And when I go onto billing it always says there's an issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this How can I fix this?
