I referred a friend to BT and have not received my £50 voucher. It has been more than 30 days since they paid their first bill and struggling to find anywhere on the BT site to submit a claim/query.

I have a message from BT, received on 10 August, confirming that the friend I referred had used my referral code and that once they paid their first bill (which I assume would have been end of August), I would receive my voucher.
