When did you make the referral?

I joined on a referral in September, neither party has received

The refer a friend scheme ended as of the 10/09/2023 (10th September)

I have an email sent on 29/09/2023 saying

Hello Ryan Salt,

Congratulations – you’ve been successfully referred to BT Broadband.

Once your first bill has been paid, your £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card should be with you in the next 30 days.

I suspect it was sent in error, or the actual date you were referred, was before the cut off date.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators. I will ask one of them to comment here.
