An Equipment return bag Order fails to arrive, What now?

We ordered a return bag for our old Hub 5 after upgrading to a smart hub 2.

The order was placed on the 18th February. the estimated delivery was the 22nd.

However, it's now after our post in the 25th.

I've tried to use the instant chat via my BT, but the chat window isn't coming up.

Any Ideas as to how we advise BT the delivery not arriving.

We only want to return the hub5 & leads.

It is all ready to go, the last thing we want is for BT to charge us for it, as we won't have returned it.

Any Help please would be very appreciated.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you haven't received your Return kit. If you can't order another one through your MY BT, post back and I'll be able to do this for you.
