Why am I unable to view my BT bill via the app or website? Has there been changes to be system that i may not have picked up? I got the email advising that my bill was ready to view but something isn’t working?

It's been a long time but great to see you again. Sorry you're having trouble viewing your bill. Are you seeing any error messages? Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing?
