Hello, I was waiting for engineer to come out last Monday and Tuesday and no one arrived then was told it was an external problem so I didn't need to be home! then I contacted BT about my displeasure of having to wait for an engineer that was never showing up! So I was told I would have £20 credit added to my account, not only has this not arrived but I've just been charged for another months service that was completely interrupted by faulty broadband - absolutely scandalous! Does anyone know when this supposed £20 credit will be added? I've had no email or anything about it!
