Very quick question, I was wondering as a BT Essentials 2 customer if you get a free upgrade to Full Fibre once its available at your address? If it is, do you continue on the same speed or do you get a free upgrade to a higher plan such as 150mb?

You do not get an automatic free upgrade. You would need to contact BT and see if they will move you onto Full Fibre. Full Fibre has the same packages as FTTC so you would probably stay on the same package as you are presently on albeit delivered by Full Fibre.
