Hello, I signed-up to BT broadband and TV through 'Blue Light Card' website. There was a £70 BT Reward Card available but I have not been sent any communication about claiming, and on BT website it doesn't show as any rewards pending. I have been a customer since November and paid my first bill. Please can anyone help? @JohnC2 tagged you, as you have helped another community member. Many thanks.
