I have received an email and text message saying I will receive information on how to access details for my Reward Card on Saturday.
How long does this usually take to come through?

Just to clarify do you mean you received the e-mail and text on Saturday to let you know you will recieve the information on your reward card soon, or did the e-mail and text you recieve say you would recieve the information on Saturday but you have not?
Once you have claimed the card, your reward card should be sent after 30 days of your broadband going live.

@Kofi_T98 Thanks for clarifying, that email/text is a follow up to just to let you know that everything is on track with your rewards card, but there is not a specific timescale after receiving that as to when you will recieve it. The same timescale applies in that it should be received 30 days after your broadband has went active.
If you have not received it by 35 days after your broadband activation, please contact the BT Reward Card Service team on 0344 879 1068 or email bt@purecard.com, with your order number and they will be able to help.
