Hi can you help me i have tried all the recommended the reward card has still not arrived
The reward card scheme is a real joke, I noticed there is an option on BT's site to report scams, well this is the biggest scame of all. I have corresponded 3 times with BT Customer Service through their on line chat, each time their operative has agreed I'm due the reward card and they can see the previous correspondences promising I would have the card within 30 days, but say nothing has been actioned by BT. On each occassion they have raised a complaint on my behalf, which was acknowledged by BT, then after 7 days they send another text saying that as I haven't persued the complaint they are closing it...........so you raise a complaint for them to look into, they do nothing, then write and say that because YOU haven't followed it up they will close it. The worse thing of all is that you can no longer complain to OFTEL, who say BT have to resolve the issue themselves...but they won't. Well I guess if you can no longer complain to OFTEL the only other option is one of the BBC consumer programmes, they're usually very good.
I've come to the conclusion that the only way to get the £80 they owe me is to cancel my direct debit a couple of months before the end of the contract, I'll never get it once I've left BT - and it's clear they don't intend to resolve it.

My first claim was acknowledged by BT on 4th August !!!!!!
Then 23rd October
Then 6th November
Then 21st December
All the above generated Customer Complaints that were closed by BT 7 days later without them doing ANYTHING
I left Sky for BT.........what an idiot !!!!!!
