I have had a similar email saying it’s on the way, I’m certain a few other have had same.
If you had a Remote activation/ Self install
You will not get the reward card until BT and purecard fix the issue
Update:
I just called Card Services and provided the VOL number, and they’ve confirmed that an escalation has been raised with BT. According to them, I should receive the card within 7–14 days. I’m not entirely sure how accurate that timeframe is, but it might be worth giving it a try

I did the same as you on 17/10/2025 they told me the same thing but I still haven’t received mine until BT and Purecard fix the issue with the Remote/Self Install issue i am not too hopeful .

im very frustrated right now - internet was self install on 15th sep, reward card claimed waited 30 days no response.
i have chased this with BT who blame pure card and chased with pure card who blame BT - I have contacted pure card with the VOL number and they said I would receive within 7 days.
I have still not received the card and have now paid my second bill to BT
has anyone successfully managed to get their reward card and can give me any help
