Bt reward

Bt reward claimed: 21/11/2025

Installation successfull and active : 21/11/2025

Bill paid and up to date

Contacted Pure card 22/12/2025, Said no data from BT

Any help would be appreciated

Hello, 

I was wondering if someone can help me with my reward card issue, My broadband was installed and reward claimed Successfully back in November, But i still have no reward card, I have tried every possible solution without any success
