Hi , I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct place , I claimed my bt reward card on the 8/02/2023 and received 2 emails this morning 25/02/2023 at 3:10 am
One saying my Virtual reward was on its way " shortly" and one saying my Virtual reward had been sent but since then nothing
I got in touch with BT this morning who said they can see my Virtual reward is processing and not yet dispatched which raises questions for me
1) why was I emailed to say it has been sent when in fact it's processing
2) what exactly is counted as "shortly" as I know someone who got that email and got the card an hour later
Any clarity would be much appreciated on this matter
Also just to add I was told it could take up to the 8/3/2023 but I'm not sure you can count this as shortly

Your card would normally be dispatched 14 days after your service has been activated.
There saying it was sent at 3:10 am
I seem to recall seeing that they are sent by email, so it may be worth checking that its not ended up in the spam folder. A moderator may be able to confirm that, as this is just a customer to customer forum.

Thankyou I've just seen it , all though it doesn't seem to answer my question as I've already been told it has been sent and is on its way & I should receive an email on how to claim it " shortly " thankyou for your help though
