On 23rd August I renewed my BB/landline and BT sport for 2 years.
I was told then BT sport would be the same price I was paying for the next 2 years, £12.55 a month and £6 for second box
last two months my bill said I was out of contract
4 times I have phoned, and used chat
No result
Today I phoned again and was told i can't have BT sport for 312.55, no matter what i was told !
Do they even know what they are doing ?
I just told them to cancel sport.
I have sky sport and premier anyway
I now received an email saying my BT sport second box is cancelled?
No mention of BT sport being cancelled ?
I've had the worst service ever from BT since I recontracted for 2 years
Totally inept
