I'm not sure where to put this so I hope it's not in the wrong part of the forum.
But my problem is that somehow I still somehow have my old email on my BT account, an email which I closed ages ago, even though it doesn't show anywhere in my account settings anymore.
I've changed by BT ID email to be my current address a few months ago but whenever I change anything in my account or change my package the emails from this still go to the old email address which doesn't exist anymore.
Is there any way to get this changed and sorted? Thank you!

Hi @c64z86, sorry your order confirmations etc are going to an address you no longer use.
