It has taken me nearly ten months to get Home Essentials.
They wrote me a letter offering me a £100.
Now they have started to write to the wrong address in my street.
It's no good ringing them as their customer service people only want to do sales and know nothing of this
If I don't get this sorted I won't be allowed out of hospital as the mobile signal is so poor in my area.
No1 will listen to me
In solidarity
Good afternoon @jensencomrade.
Welcome to the BT Community, and thanks for reaching out to us about this.
I really want to make sure we can help point you in the right direction for getting this resolved, so I'd like to check over a few details so we can best understand what's happening.
First of all, are you an existing BT broadband customer with a live connection, or is this a brand new connection you've been trying to set up?
Also can you please let me know a bit more about the £100 you have been offered, and what this was for?
Peter
