BT sport

For over 3 years I have been paying both BT and SKY for the same BT sports package.

Anybody else come across this and can advise how I can claim back or be compensated?

Thanks

Anne

@annemad

How are you receiving BT Sport - via satellite, broadband, (ie BT TV), or both?

Re: BT sport

@annemad

So are you saying that you have BT Sport via BT TV, (with a BT TV set top box), and via Sky satellite, (Sky Q Box)?

If so, how did this come to be in the first place?

With regards to "how I can claim back or be compensated?", I would think that you would have to prove that either Sky or BT made an error in setting you up with a service that you did not request, AND, that you have never used BT Sport from the supplier that you want to refund or compensate you?

Note that BT Sport can, (or at least used to be), available directly from Sky, (for people who do not have BT Broadband), or from BT - either via BT TV, (broadband), or via satellite, (for people whose broadband speed was not good enough for BT TV), as a BT customer.
