Just received a text text message from BT
'We're automatcally refunding a duplicate Direct Debit payment to your bank by Monday 27th March. We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused.'
Been refunded by my bank so it's ok
Still no refund in my bank account today (Monday 27th).
I expected BT would be making a refund to everyone affected - I hope they’re not doing it only for those who contact them.

I should get my refund tomorrow according to the text I had from BT.
My text said it would be refunded by today, and it has appeared in my bank account, so fingers crossed for you!
