I have one account with premium email as broadband didn’t work properly. This account has three emails addresses on it. Why am I receiving on average 10 bills a month for numerous accounts? This is a ridiculous situation to be in!

Do all these bills have the Premium Mail charge raised on them?

Only one is for the account with premium mail. All the others are for unknown account numbers but all ask for me to set up a direct debit. It’s been happening since I cancelled my BT broadband in August 2022
