Just to say on Sunday 12th the 3rd order automated because of the previous fails also failed this afternoon and was "autoceased"
I really cannot understand why there has been no intervention to investigate and sort this out. The only person who has shown any interest is yourself and I wonder if BT really want my custom.
If its an Openreach issue then if an engineer needs to come out then that should be happening and from a customer perspective I have done all the chasing around and BT have so far failed miserably to find the solution or worse still bother to inform me.
Poor service in MHO.
