Hello, I have a BT appointment next week, but I would like to cancel it and not activate the contract at all. I have also just received the Smart Hub 2. How do I cancel it now?
Furthermore, am I supposed to be paying anything? The appointment has not happened yet, and only thing I did up to this point is just ordering the broadband.
