I am paying £52 a month for my broadband & £13 for my tv/entertainment package. This seems exceptionally high ?
this is the cost you must have agreed when you started your contract. are you still in a fixed term contract or has that expired and you are now on rolling monthly contract. you can check by going to MYBT
you can try phoning the options team if you are out of contract or nearing end of current contract and see if they can offer anything better 0800800030
