Our broadband BT is finishing. More than 8 years we are using BT. 2 days back we callBT customer service to renew our broadband contract. Then the call goes to EE. They agreed £35.99 for broadband. But after sometime they sent us email telling our broadband bill is £40.99 monthly. Is this cheating their valuable customers. We sent complaint to EE to clarify our doubt. But nobody responded to our request. It's not good for trusted company. We don't know the monthly payment £35.99 or £40.99. Nobody responding to our request.
