I recently had an offer for broadband which came with a 100 pound reward card. Problem I’m having is the email with the link in to claim, keeps taking me to a blank page and I can’t get any further with the process. Can someone point me in the right direction please

Please make sure you don't have any VPNs set up, as this may affect the redemption process.
It still isn't working, I recommend speaking with our customer support team. They'll be able to look into this and see what they can do to help.

Is there any clear avenue I can get through to them? It kept sending me to a browser for troubleshooting that didn’t work and the txt help wasn’t helpful either
