Hello I rec a text from BY to say they had not rec my equipment back (even though a staff member advised over the phone there was no need to return)

Anyway I did post at the end of March and I don’t know how to advise them of this and really don’t want to pay a fine. Pls help. Thanks

I am sorry for the confusion around returning your equipment.  When you sent the equipment back, did you get a proof of postage from your local post office?  There should be a reference number on the receipt.

Send us over your details, including the reference number, and we'll get this sorted for you.  I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages
