Bt reward card

I had an email saying my reward card was on the way but it's not came or emailed to me,I just keep getting passed back and fourth can someone help me please

@Rain2626  Although you are not actually communicating with any BT employees here, it’s a customer to customer help forum, a Moderator who does work for BT if they see your post, might be kind and offer to help but they have no access to anyone’s accounts.

Doesn't matter who I contact everyone keeps passing me back and fourth and blaming each other even btpurd it's so draining

It’s a well known issue that has affected some customers so you’re not alone. You just have to be patient or keep on at BT. As I say, this is a customer to customer help forum not a BT service point.

Have you looked at the following.

Take note of "We’ll send your digital card within 30 working days"  in case 30 days have not passed from when you claimed it.
