Bt virtual £70 card

Hi i claimed my reward card £70 on BT internet on 11th February and my internet went live on 27th feb. When will I receive my reward?

14 days after your service was activated.

Hi @Coryslack the advice by @Keith_Beddoe  is correct. Your claim won't be processed until 14 days after your activation date have passed.
