Rang BT 23.06.24,as I had not received an email that my bill was ready.
Bt siad they had an issue and it would be sorted in a couple of days.
28.06.24 still can't log in ?
Hi @littleowl1957, sorry you can't view your bill. Please get back in touch with us by using the 'Message now' option on this page: Broadband | BT Help. If the fault with your MyBT is not resolved they will be able to send you a paper copy this time.

I have been on a chat call for the last 2 hours and the problem is not resolved, and BT are wanting to charge me £3 for a paper bill to be sent.
Once our BT contract comes to an end we will be finding another supplier.
