Can't activate BT ID - DOB is wrong?

Hey there, can someone help me out? Signed up with BT today and I just can't activate BT ID because they said my DOB is incorrect, how do I change it? Thanks

Welcome and thank you for your post!

I am sorry for the problems you're having activating your BTID.  I understand there is a mix up with your Date of Birth that's causing the issue.  Give one of our guides in the helpdesk a shout on 0330 1234 150 who'll be able to get that updated.
