Can’t claim BT Reward Card

Hi,

I’m trying to claim my BT Reward card through the email I received confirming that it is available but when I sign in, select the account ID that my current order is associated with, (I’ve got 2 old account ID’s that are associated with this email) the next screen is blank other than the website header and footer.

Can I get some help with this please?

We can certainly help you with that.

Removing accounts from your online account is something that we need to do on our side.

I've processd that claim for you now and you'll receive the reward 14 days after the orders close.
