I have had a email and text around needing to claim my reward as part of my package when I moved over to BT recently. When I click on the link it comes up with aa blank page. Doesn't even say I don't have any rewards to claim or anything. See attached for the screen I see. My broadband went live on the 20th June and still no further forward with claiming it.

I am sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card. We'll be able to help from here however it will take us a few days to get back in touch from when you send your details over.
